Our Wine Selection Guide:

The politically correct rule regarding pairing wine with food used to be: Red wine with red meat, white wine with fish and white meats. These days, things have loosened up and most vintners and chefs agree you should drink the wines you enjoy most with the foods you like best, regardless of color.

With Seafood: Try White Zinfandel, White Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay
With Poultry: May we suggest a Zinfandel, Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc.
With Beef: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel or Pinot Noir.

For Vegetarian Fare: Chenin Blanc, White Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonney or Zinfandel.

Again, while there is no right or wrong wine, hopefully these little tips will aid you in selecting the perfect grape to accent your meal.
