Dear JoJo's,
We are loyal JoJo's patrons. We have enjoyed dining there a couple times a week for the 7 years we have lived in Medina. The staff is always friendly and polite. Many know our names and our drink preferences. Regardless, we are always greeted like family.
Last night, my son lost his retainer. Upon hearing my plight, Andrew sprang into action. He grabbed rubber gloves and gently went through every piece of garbage and after about an hour of his time - victory! The retainer was found! I offered him a reward and he would not accept it. (Emily was a big help too.) I had to write and tell you personally. I cannot thank you enough for your courteous and kind staff. We will continue to be loyal customers for many years to come. Thank you!

I just placed my first take-out order with you...and I am very impressed. I'd venture to say that the pasta sauce is the BEST I have ever had! It had enough of a spice to it and that is a rare thing, most other Italian restaurants' have such bland sauce.
You have earned my business now and in the future!
